We are Getting a Preview of the Energy-Efficient Home of the Future Thanks to a New Tesla Solar Roof Installation that uses the Company Full Energy Ecosystem

The market has clearly shifted in favour of energy independence at home. Homeowners are now able to generate their own energy thanks to the switch to renewable sources. We have seen few installations of Powerwalls and electrical panels as immaculate as this one. The residence is totally self-sufficient thanks to the 54 kWh of standby energy capacity provided by the four Powerwalls.

Given that the company was founded by a Tesla engineer, it is not unexpected that the Span electrical panels work flawlessly with Tesla’s energy environment.

Homeowners can use the smart electrical interface to shift devices on or off the Powerwall’s backup power in real-time throughout a power outage and to precisely trace where their electricity is going, which can help them make wiser decisions.

This installation, in my opinion, represents a possible future iteration of a dwelling. Although this is undoubtedly a very expensive example, most technologies begin in the most expensive areas then gradually move down the market.

The electrical panels made by Span are likewise quite fascinating. They are a great complement to Tesla’s ecosystem for residential energy.

It would be logical for Tesla to create a comparable product or work with Span to improve integration.
