Kia EV6 – High on Exports:
According to Kia, its February global car sales climbed by about 15% year over year to 254,027 units, which is a very impressive gain. The business has sold more than 485,000 automobiles so far this year, which is over 12 percent of what it sold this time in 2022.
The South Korean automaker increased sales of its E-GMP-based all-electric vehicles, which is further good news. The second-highest monthly outcome ever for the all-electric Kia EV6 was 8,824 wholesale sales last month, which is a significant increase of 30% over a year ago and closely tied to manufacturing.
The figure comprises 6,873 export sales and 1,951 sales in South Korea (close to the record of 6,919 in January). Overall, it appears that Kia is shipping more EV6 than ever before in recent months.

In-store sales:
Kia claims 3,980 retail sales of the Kia EV6 outside of South Korea in its monthly sales data report, including 1,294 in the US.
The retail sales of the two electric vehicle models, the Kia Niro EV and Kia Soul EV, also fell year over year outside of South Korea: 3,373 (down 33%) and 140, respectively (down 76 percent). For Kia’s domestic market, no figures are available.
