Tesla will now continue to ads for the self-driving features after winning a German lawsuit

Recently news got viral when a German court was suit a case against Tesla in which some authority called Wettbewerbszentrale, an industry group concerned with anti-competitive behavior put allegations that Tesla is doing fake advertisements for self-driving features in its models. Not even this, the members of the authority were demanding to cancel the license of Tesla. But after listening to Tesla’s statement German court was helpless and had no way to accept investigating the whole matter.

So, after investigating Germany’s Federal Court of Justice finally dismissed the case on July 28 and directly rejected the complaint against Tesla. After this Tesla can effectively be allowed to continue the driver-assistance systems and self-driving capabilities in German ads. According to the previous report, this is not the first time when tesla is facing this kind of situation when any company is blaming them to provide the wrong information regarding the self-driving service in tesla cars. It’s just before some days when multiple U.S politicians and regulators who are increasing pressure on NHTSA in recent days to take action against Tesla’s Autopilot and FSD Beta.

Not even this there are so many cases that were only based on self-driving matters. Anyways let’s back to the point, After the declaration of dismissal of the case the court gave the excuse that our expert team was investing in the whole case but there was nothing that was objectionable for us and nothing is fake in their ads as according to the spokesman for Germany’s Federal Supreme Court. According to the investigators, Tesla is using “full potential of autonomous driving” and Phrases that we don’t think are fake.

Tesla is now finally so relaxed with this great news and now able to continue to use the “full potential of autonomous driving” and Phrases such as “including Autopilot features”.If we talk about Tesla lovers so there was millions of tweet on tweeter when the news was first reported by German industry publication Teslamag earlier this week. In short, Tesla lovers are so happy that now they can easily trust Tesla functions without any doubt. Wettbewerbszentrale’s complaint is in response to a decision by the Munich Higher District Court in October 2021, which confirmed Tesla’s appeal against a lower district court’s previous ruling barring it from using the phrase.

Recently there was news when California traffic regulators also filed allegations that Tesla falsely advertised its “Autopilot” and “Full Self-Driving” features that it could provide Automatic vehicle control functions. But according to the NHTSA report, most traffic accidents are caused due to a lack of driver concentration, and under the Tesla ADAS system, the driver’s need to pay attention is emphasized.

I think it’s a great chance for Tesla to prove themselves because at this time when every allegation is solved and now there are hardly any other issues left on Tesla. Just because of these kinds of fake complaints Tesla lose the trust of the customers and even market shares also. Earlier this week a report on Tesla shares was released that Tesla is declining from the top in the share market of EVs. But the good thing is that despite of decline in market shares in other countries Tesla is still holding its grip in its home country U.S. According to the report Tesla is still having 60% of shares in the U.S share market of EVs.
